Shipping
All wallets ship via USPS First Class Mail in a protective bubble mailer.
Orders ship within 3–5 business days, depending on where I am in the batch cycle.
Most U.S. customers receive their wallet in 2–5 days after shipping.
Tracking
Every order includes USPS tracking.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your wallet is on the way.
If you decide your wallet isn’t for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping).
Monogrammed or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Because these pieces are personalized, they can’t be resold.
Wallets that have been carried, broken in, or patinaed are also not eligible for return — but they are eligible for repair.
Repairs
If a rivet fails or a snap breaks, I’ll fix it. No paperwork, no hassle.
You pay shipping to me; I cover the repair and ship it back.
Exchanges
I don’t offer standard exchanges due to the handmade nature of each wallet.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, I’ll replace or repair it.

By purchasing a Ranch Wallet product, you agree to the following:
All products are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are normal.
Orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Returns are accepted on unused wallets within 14 days (see Return Policy).
Used wallets cannot be returned, but repairs are offered at no cost for rivet/snap failures.
Ranch Wallet is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
